We are a film, TV & events equipment hire company built to support productions with both a reliable and straightforward service — and a genuine understanding of what a Locations Department actually needs.
Started by two brothers, with a shared background in the industry, we’re a family-run business building something lasting. We promise quality kit and smooth delivery, so you can focus on the job while we take care of the rest.

Neil Grigson
Grigson Hire was started in memory of our dad, Neil. A respected Studio Unit Manager, he spent his career on productions ranging from Marvel to James Bond, and was known for his calm leadership, meticulous planning and care for crew and cast.
Many people were introduced to the industry through him, and he was always generous with what he knew. His name now lives on in the industry, and we hope to carry his standards into everything we do: being reliable, well prepared and looking after the people we work with.
